Bhagwant Mann asked for support to save water

Chief Minister of Punjab Bhagwant Mann stated he is following the preachings of Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji for saving the water of the state. Gurbani says ‘’Pavan Guru Paani Pita Mata Dharat Mahatt’’ which means that air is the teacher, water is the father, and earth is the great mother of all. He requested the people of Punjab to support him at least for a year, as he is working in this direction.

Today Mann met 23 farmer union leaders for two hours in Mohali. He said that he respects all the farmers as they are elder than him, additionally, he is also a son of a farmer. He never denied meeting them, however, using ‘’Murdabad’’ for him is meaningless. read more
